Squeal Brie En Croute

Prep time: 20 minutes and Overnight

Squeal Cranberry Relish

12oz bag of fresh cranberries

1 orange

1 cup sugar

¼ cup Squeal Spiced Black Rum

3 cinnamon sticks

Begin by zesting an orange, and peel white pith away from flesh.

Take sugar, rum, orange zest & orange flesh and heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

Add in cranberries & cinnamon sticks. Stir frequently and cook until boiling. Remove from heat. Cool and refrigerate overnight.

En Croute bites

16oz dough (croissant, puff pastry, filo)

12 oz Brie Cheese

Squeal Cranberry Relish

Turbinado Sugar

Preheat oven for 375 degrees.

Roll out the dough, and place 1 oz. Brie and 1 Tbsp Squeal Cranberry Relish.

Roll and seal the edges.

Place on parchment paper and top with sprinkle of turbinado sugar.

Bake at 375 degrees for 14 minutes.
