Dylan Creates a new cocktail, ‘Squeal For The Sunrise’
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • Housemade Simple Syrup
  • Squeal Spiced Black Rum
  • Shaken, poured in a Colins Glass
  • Added Club Soda
  • Drizzeled with Creme de Casis and Grenadine
  • Salud!!

Pretzel & Squeal Cheese Dip

  • Take bread dough, and raise like normal
  • cut and roll into 1”x3” rods
  • boil in baking soda water for 20 seconds
  • top with pretzel salt
  • bake 375F for 8-10 minutes


  • 8oz cheddar
  • 8oz mozzarella
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup of dark beer
  • 2 TB garlic powder
  • 1 cup Squeal Spiced Black Rum
  • Heat, stirring constantly & serve warm


BBQ Squeal Chicken & Celeriac Slaw

Squeal Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  • Make a basic Tomato Based BBQ Sauce and bring to a boil
  • ½ c ketchup
  • ½ c brown sugar
  • ¼ c honey
  • 2 TB apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TB of canned chipotle
  • 2 tsp worcheshire sauce
  • 1 TB fresh garlic crushed
  • When cool, take 1 cup of BBQ Sauce and stir in ¼ c Squeal Spiced Black Rum

Take 6 pieces of Chicken, inject sauce into meat, and toss in BBQ Sauce, marinate overnight

Sear in hot pan, then reduce heat, add in ½ c water, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked until 165 deg F

For Celeriac Slaw

  • 1 Celery root, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 2 Tart apples, thin slices
  • 2 TB chopped sage
  • ¼ c poppyseed creamy dressing
  • apple cider vinegar, mayo, lemon juice, sugar, poppy seeds, salt

Mix and chill overnight,the fruit & vegetable juices will pool toss before serving
